Obituary of Betty Margree

Betty Margree It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Betty Louise Margree (nee: Windling) on November 23rd, 2016 in her 87th year at Highview Residences after a long illness. In 2007 Mum was predeceased by the love of her life, our father, Maurice (Moe) Margree after 55 years of marriage. Mum is survived by her three children, Bob of Brantford, Wendy and Linda both of London. She is also survived by her adored grandchildren, Steven, Kate and Jen Lussier also of London. Mum was the daughter of Archie and Jennie Windling of London and was also predeceased by her brother, Ronald Windling of Oshawa in 2010. Despite this difficult time, it gives us great comfort knowing that our parents are back together again. A special thank you and recognition to all the wonderful and caring people, past and present, at Highview Residences, Smith Cottage for their excellent care of our mother and of us. Also special recognition and thank you goes to the staff of St. Elizabeth for the additional care Mum received. A private family funeral has been held with interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
