Paul James Clifford O’Neal died suddenly on Saturday, February 4th, 2017. His wife, Kristy, and his daughters, Chantal, Stephanie, Siobhan, and their families, his mother Phyllis Higgs, his brothers Jamie and Mark O'Neal and his sister Vicki Westwood invite you to join them for a visitation to celebrate his life on Friday, February 10th, 2017.
