Shirley Cook-Stewart Peacefully at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, on Thursday, November 5, 2015, Shirley Cook-Stewart (Burtwistle) in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Donald Stewart and the late Norman Cook (1972). Loving mother of Betty MacGregor, Don (Diane) Cook, Mary Ellen Risser (Dave) and their families. Loving step-mother of Ron (Linda) Stewart, Donna (Jim) Dowding, Pat (Larry) Huston, John (Barbara) Stewart, Don (Jill) Stewart, Mary Kay (Tim) Burt and their families. Dear sister of Darlene (Bob) Caldwell, and Darrell (Glennice) MacAleece. Predeceased by her grandson Shawn MacGregor. Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth 519-652-2020 on Tuesday, November 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the celebration of Shirley’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 11:30 am.
