Michael Fiest

Peacefully, with his family by his side at Strathroy Hospital, on Thursday, September 7, 2017, Michael Fiest of Lambeth and formerly of Mount Forest, in his 93rd year.  Beloved husband for 67 years of Phyllis (Charvill) Fiest.  Loving father of Michael Geoffrey (Maryanne) Fiest of Leamington and Dietrich (Marylynn) Fiest of Lambeth. Proud Opa of his 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. 

Family will receive friends at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth on Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 2-4 pm.  At Michael’s request a private graveside service will take place at Mount Forest Cemetery at a later date.  Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 180-633 Colborne Street, London, Ontario, N6B 2V3, www.heartandstroke.on.ca gratefully acknowledged.
