Hello,
Your father lived in our condo building. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I didn't know him well, he was a quiet man, but he was polite and would smile and my son. He seemed to really love his home, and I wonder if that brings him comfort, knowing he died at home.
One story I will share is that some of us would laugh innocently at the fact he would create his own parking spot. He would always park in the one handicapped spot outside of his unit until they repaved the area and got rid of it last year. So he created one in the small section beside where the old spot was- it always made me smile and no one seemed to mind.
