Dear Mark and family,
I send along my sympathies to you, your family and all your mum's grandchildren. Your mum was a woman with a great progressive attitude which allowed her to venture into experiences that very few people born at a time and place such as Maynooth rarely could even imagine. She had a determination along with an intellect that she was able to use to make things happen. She was a mum that stood by, and with her sons without question. She always kept the connection with many of us in the Breach connection. Mark, she was a woman to be admired; she was an earlier version of those seeking womens' rights, she was a woman and a mum of whom you can be very proud.
I am sorry that I am unable to join with you and your family on Saturday but as Doreen probably told you I have just been released from hospital following surgery. With sincere regards Bob.

Hello Mark. Have let Adele know of the loss of Aunt Vi, Carolyn is out of the country on a trip at present.
Please let us know when you travel to Belleville for the internment, we are down there often, and could
meet for a meal if you so wish. Both of our girls have such fond memories of your mom, they treasured
her visits to Maynooth over the years with her sister to the lake and always stopped in. The trip you helped
her make up here for the last time was one we will always remember. We took her to visit any of the friends
(Very few) who were still living in the area, and I believe her last visit with her sister in the home. Thanks
for letting us know. Vivian

Mark and family, know our sorrow is shared, Aunt Vi was a truly special lady. She knew loss, adversity, love, hardship, a love of music which brought her so much comfort and which she shared with so many. We so treasured our last trip there and her last trip here. May she rest in Peace. Love from Donald, Vivian and daughters. They too loved her so much. Melanie our oldest spent a lot of time with Aunt Vi when she resided in Belleville and Melanie was just getting out on her own as well. Comfort for each other, and lots of work on family tree information. All the Best, Vivian and Don
