Unexpectedly at Victoria Hospital with his loving family by his side, on Friday, February 22, 2019, Vincent John Collins of London at the age of 64 years.  Loving husband for 24 years of the late Karen Collins (2018).  Cherished father of John and Tina Collins of London.  Proud poppy of Gemma and Reid Collins.  Dear brother of Brenda of Port Elgin and the late Gary Collins.
