Bette Thompson

Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Alliance on Monday, June 27, 2022, Bette Mae Thompson of Erieau and formerly of Delaware at the age of 93 years.  Bette was retired from the Royal Bank (Mt. Brydges) after 37 years of dedicated service.  Her retirement life was split between Florida and Erieau.  Dearly missed by her friend of many years Susan Park.  Predeceased by her parents Charles and Daisy Thompson, her cherished sister Helen Thompson (2019) and Helen's twin brother Hugh Thompson. 

Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road South, London, Ontario N6P 1L1 (519- 652-2020) on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., where the celebration of Bette's life will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Cremation has taken place.  Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Donations to the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario, 800 Commissioners Road East, London, ON N6A 5W9 or the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners, Middlesex Office, 435 Windemere Road, London, ON N5Z 2T1 gratefully acknowledged.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.  A special thank you to "Bette's Team" who cared for her over 3 years with care and compassion.
