Sonya Bye

Peacefully at Parkwood Institute, after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis on Thursday, September 7, 2023, Sonya Erna Bye of London at the age of 65 years.  Loving mother of Cory and Lindsay Bye and Caitlin Bye and Mike Fishback.  Proud grandma of Zack and Connor.  Loved by Rick Bye.  Dearly loved by Opa (Manfred) and the late Oma (Evelyn, 2017).  Dear sister of Margaret and Brian Cooper and Sandy and Ekrem Kajan.  Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.  Also loved by her fur-baby Puffin.   

Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road South, London, Ontario (519-652-2020) on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.  A private family service has taken place.  Donations to the London Humane Society, 624 Clarke Road, London, Ontario N5V 3K5 gratefully acknowledged.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
