Of London passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 30. Predeceased by his parents Carol Webster-Kominek and Doug Sheets. He is survived by his children Abel and Cadence. Loved grandson of Patricia Kominek (late Stan) and loved brother of Anna & Adam Logan, David & Nicole Bjornson and Douglas Sheets. Special nephew of Donna, Violet, Rhonda, John and their spouses. Cousin of Salina & James Lynette and is remembered by his girlfriend Kieanna and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends.  Jack was born in London in September 1993. He enjoyed his job in landscaping.

Friends and Family may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Rd., S. London on Sunday November 12^th, from 12:00 noon til 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to charity of one’s choice. On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
