Dear Dean and family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Kathy’s sudden passing. We worked together as motorcycle training instructors for 18 years at Fanshawe College. I was very fond of her as a person, and had tremendous respect for her as a rider. May God grant all of you strength and healing at this very difficult time.

My heartfelt sympathy to you Dean, the kids, grandkids, and to Mary, Rick and Lisa. We are all trying to understand and come to terms with her passing. Kathy was such a strong woman, I'm sure she fought this illness with everything she had. I have so many good memories of fun times with both Dean and Kathy over the years...some of the best. I remember Kathy picking me up on Sunday mornings when she was suppose to be at church. Instead we would head to A & W for Coney fries and cruise around in her mom's Charger. She was always up for a spontaneous adventure, and lived life to the fullest. She will be sorely missed by so many ...gone way to soon. Take comfort in the good memories. Love and hugs...Sue Connor

I still, and always will remember about 45 years ago; my brother Steve and I stumbled in to the Sutton household on New Year’s Eve , probably uninvited, I can’t remember. Kathy didn’t bat an eye, got us a beverage and shared some of the prime rib she had cooking. Of course she did, that was Kathy! Best meal I’ve ever had…
