Garry Parsons

Peacefully at University Hospital on Friday, April  8, 2022, Garry S. Parsons of Bothwell at the age of 75 years.  Beloved husband for 49 years of Stephanie Parsons of Bothwell.  Loving brother of Thomas Parsons of London.  Dear uncle of Stephanie and Jeff MacSween and John and Joanne Parsons, all of London as well as many other nieces and nephews in Ontario and the Prairie Provinces.  Predeceased by his parents Ken and Geraldine Parsons and his older brother Kenny.  Garry was likely best known for being a bingo caller at bingo halls.  He enjoyed being self-employed and taking his ice cream trailer to all the festivals and events in London.  Garry and Stephanie also enjoyed spending the winter in Dade County, Florida.

Relatives and friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth, 519-652-2020 on Saturday, April 16, 2022, from noon to 1:00 pm. Where the celebration of Garry’s life will follow at 1:00 pm.  Donations to the London Regional Cancer Program 800 Commissioners Road East, London, Ont. N6A 5W9.  Cremation has taken place with interment McArthur Cemetery, Southwold.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
